  Service was extremely slow, after waiting for a half hour after my set appt. I was told there was still one more patient ahead of me. Office was also very small and dirty. Left when the not so friendly receptionist told me one person was ahead of me (like I said), would not recommend to anyone.

  This office was recommended to me by a close friend who is a therapist. I could not be more disappointed in my experiences. Based on the referral, I was excited to speak with Dr. Naureen. This office operates like a walk in clinic, despite having appointments ahead of time. Each time I arrive for an appointment, I am told that I have a balance when the bill is in the mail and I have not even received it yet. I pay my bills on time, always have. This office makes me feel like my appointments are held hostage for bills that I do not receive timely. E.g. appointment was Tuesday - I waited, was told that I had a bill from my last appointment. I paid it to clear it, as I pay all of my bills timely. I received the bill in the mail that Friday. I often wait for up to an hour, over an hour and a half last time and the doctor still had two patients waiting in front of me. I lose much time at my job to try and make these appointments but find that the staff and doctors are not very caring. I wait over an hour for about 10 minutes of the doctors time. I was told that I can call ahead of time to see if the dr is running on schedule. Every time I call, the general mailbox picks up. This kind of defeats the point so the office should not tell patients this. The office is short staffed and only seems to be focused on billing insurance companies for their own profit - no interest in really helping me. They have demonstrated that repeatedly in my visits and I will be searching for another doctor, probably in Ohio. It is often hot and cramped, no where to sit, patients are unhappy due to wait times. The on call doctors have attitudes when they return your call 2 hours later, when I called fearing that I may be over medicated. This office has failed me miserably, in every possible way. Rest assured they were always paid on time and no balance went outstanding. Quick to stick their hand out and demand money but where is the progress? Where is the treatment? Where is the client service?
