- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪VERY VERY RUDE! I contacted them about getting an eye exam done and the receptionist hangs up on me. I didnt know what to do becouse i have never been to an eye Doctor. Asked her what info she needs and that I have Medicare insurance. She just hangs up on me. SERIOUSLY! I tried not giving the one star but it made me. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪From the front desk to the surgeon, this place exceeded my already very high expectations. Going in I was told by others that I would be given a valium to help me relax, but I received a Kevin instead. A smooth talking, and very funny guy that did amazing at keeping my mind of the procedure. I went in nervous as expected but Fichte and his staff had me laughing with them in no time. Overall I would give more stars if I could and will recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good work guys!!
